We're looking for a&nbsp;Senior Backend Developer&nbsp;to lead the technical execution of our&nbsp;CRM domain transformation&nbsp;– one of the most complex and critical initiatives in our modernization journey.You'll be hands-on in&nbsp;decomposing and replacing our legacy Siebel CRM&nbsp;with modern&nbsp;microservices architecture, building the backbone systems that power our customer operations, sales processes, and service delivery.This is a&nbsp;high-impact individual contributor role&nbsp;for someone who excels at&nbsp;complex system refactoring,&nbsp;data migration, and building&nbsp;scalable backend services&nbsp;in enterprise environments.<h2>What you'll be doing</h2><ul><li>Leading hands-on development in the&nbsp;CRM domain transformation&nbsp;– decomposing monolithic Siebel into&nbsp;domain-driven microservices</li><li>Building core backend services for:<ul><li>Customer data management&nbsp;and customer 360° view</li><li>Order management&nbsp;and fulfillment orchestration</li><li>Product catalog&nbsp;and configuration services</li><li>Billing integration&nbsp;and account management</li><li>Sales and service process automation</li></ul></li><li>Developing robust&nbsp;data migration strategies&nbsp;for transitioning from legacy systems</li><li>Implementing&nbsp;event-driven architecture&nbsp;using&nbsp;Kafka&nbsp;for real-time synchronization between CRM domains and downstream systems</li><li>Building&nbsp;high-performance APIs&nbsp;that handle millions of daily transactions across multiple consumer systems</li><li>Ensuring&nbsp;data consistency and integrity&nbsp;across distributed services during the transition period where legacy and new systems coexist</li><li>Collaborating with&nbsp;architects,&nbsp;business analysts, and&nbsp;domain experts&nbsp;to understand complex telco business processes and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Optimizing system performance, managing&nbsp;database schemas, and ensuring services can scale to handle peak loads</li></ul><h2>What we're looking for</h2><ul><li>Expert-level&nbsp;Java&nbsp;and&nbsp;Spring Boot&nbsp;development skills with proven track record in&nbsp;enterprise backend systems</li><li>Deep experience with&nbsp;CRM systems&nbsp;transformation, ideally with knowledge of&nbsp;Siebel,&nbsp;Salesforce, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong expertise in&nbsp;microservices architecture,&nbsp;domain-driven design, and&nbsp;distributed systems patterns</li><li>Solid experience with&nbsp;relational databases&nbsp;(Oracle, PostgreSQL),&nbsp;data modeling, and&nbsp;query optimization</li><li>Hands-on experience with&nbsp;Kafka&nbsp;or similar event streaming platforms for system integration</li><li>Proven track record in&nbsp;legacy system modernization&nbsp;and&nbsp;large-scale data migrations</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;containerization&nbsp;(Docker, Kubernetes) and&nbsp;CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Understanding of&nbsp;telco domain&nbsp;(customer lifecycle, order-to-activation, billing) is a significant advantage</li><li>Strong&nbsp;problem-solving skills&nbsp;and ability to work with complex, ambiguous requirements</li><li>Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders</li><li>Self-driven mindset with ability to take ownership of large technical initiatives</li></ul><h2>Nice to have</h2><ul><li>Experience with&nbsp;NoSQL databases&nbsp;for specific use cases</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;observability and monitoring tools&nbsp;(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;performance testing&nbsp;and optimization tools</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;SAFe,&nbsp;Scrum, or other agile methodologies in large-scale environments</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;API gateway patterns&nbsp;and API management platforms</li><li>Background in&nbsp;DevOps practices&nbsp;and infrastructure as code</li><li>Previous experience&nbsp;mentoring junior developers&nbsp;or leading technical initiatives</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;caching strategies&nbsp;and distributed cache solutions</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;contract testing&nbsp;and consumer-driven
